THE GREAT HISTORICAL INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT IN SWEDEN

For the first time in Sweden’s legal history, one of the international criminal cases took place in Stockholm District Court against the Iranian citizen Hamid Noury, born in 1961.

In the summer of 1988, Hamid Noury served as a prosecutor assistant in full cooperation with the “Death Commission” ((including Ebrahim Raisi, the former deputy judiciary and the current “President” in the Shia Islamic State of Iran)) in the Gohardasht Prison (“Rajaee Shahr”) in Karaj, west of the capital Tehran, where he had actively participated in the massacre of thousands of political prisoners, and their bodies were intentionally buried in secret mass graves. One of the tombs was later discovered in the southeast of Tehran, named “Khavaran.”

On November 4, 2019, an email stamped “Strictly confidential” with specific containing information from a London-based law firm was received by the Stockholm Police’s criminal investigation unit regarding Hamid Noury (known as “Hamid Abbasi”), who was to travel from Iran to Sweden on November 8 or 9. 2019 suspected of “Crimes against Humanity.”

According to the “Universal Jurisdiction for International Crimes,” on November 9, 2019, he was arrested by the border police at Arlanda International Airport in northern Stockholm. Since then, he is still in custody in Stockholm.

The Swedish state ratified this international agreement in 2014. This means that the Swedish judiciary has had both an opportunity and a certain obligation to prosecute people who have committed crimes against humanity anywhere in the world. Therefore, this case ended up with the chamber prosecutor Kristina Lindhoff Carleson and Martina Winslow during the court’s presidency Thomas Zander.

This lawsuit against Hamid Noury took place on August 10, 2020, with more than ten thousand pieces, for the most part, undoubted evidence, and ended today, May 4, 2022.

About a hundred plaintiffs, eyewitnesses (from almost every corner of the world), and various experts participated in the ninety-two court proceedings.

The outstanding prosecution team (consisting of four women), in their closing defense pleading on April 28, 2022, demanded, among other things, “Life imprisonment” for Hamid Noury due to his “serious war crime against humanity.”

He has firmly denied his criminal role in the Gohardasht Prison and has claimed that during the summer of 1988, he had been on leave due to the birth of his daughter. He has also said that this mass murder story is fabricated and false. (!!??)

THE CRIMINAL COURT IN STOCKHOLM HAS ANNOUNCED THAT THE FINAL JUDGMENT, IN THIS CASE, SHALL BE PUBLISHED ON 14 JULY 2022.

After the Capitalist Shia Islamic State [” Islamic Republic of Iran”] under the fascistic leadership of Ayatollah Khomeini’s takeover on 22 February 1979 in Iran, has committed two large-scale massacres of political and conscientious prisoners in the summers of 1981 and 1988 in the country’s various prisons.

For obvious reasons, there are no exact statistics. Still, it is said that over 30,000 dissidents have been tortured in interrogation and a summary “trial” in a few minutes without the presence of any defense attorney had sentenced to death. Then, they were executed and even disappeared without a trace.

This trial applies ONLY to Hamid Noury and his role against at least five thousand executed dissidents in Gohardasht Prison in the summer of 1988.

Hamid Noury must take responsibility for his action, but he categorically refuses to accept his role in this brutal genocide.
