Political prisoners are dying in secret prisons in Togo!

Comrades from Togo showed solidarity with political prisoners subjugated in the Iranian regime’s prisons. They need our solidarity and attention in their struggle against repression under dictatorship.

Political prisoners are dying in secret prisons in Togo!

We are the International Collective for the release of political prisoners in Togo.

Togo is 60 years of dying dictatorship from father to son supported by France. This agony provokes repression which worsens day by day. 116 currently detained, including the president’s half-brother. 7 have already died under torture since 2018, three are currently sick. Mr. Irish Goma lost the use of his legs following this torture, Mr. Oumolou refugee from Switzerland and Mr. Djima were hospitalized urgently in very poor condition on Dec. 18 diagnosed with tuberculosis. They are all on top of each other in a villa with no access to air and light. Journalists who talk about it in Togo are imprisoned. They have almost all been subjected to torture, the testimonies of which we can pass on.
